5. Data retention plan PII & non-PII
Personal Identifying Information (PII):
It depends. We store your personal information for as long as needed, or permitted, based on the reason why we obtained it (consistent with applicable law). This means we might retain your personal information even after you close your account with us.

How long we’ve had a relationship with you or provided a SRMG Service to you

Non-Personal Identifying Information (non-PII):
We keep a historical record of information that usually managed by tracking tools. Usage related analysis (e.g. page views, user counts or number of visits to SRMG website) are kept longer than years. However, some non-PII information e.g. user device IDs are retained for a period between 90 to 180 days since capture and retention period will be renewed as long as user visited site again

SRMG website and services are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under (13) years of age.
